US Shipping

We offer free shipping up to 48 states in the US. Please contact us for international shipping. All items will ship within 24 Hours (Monday - Friday). Payment cleared/received on Friday will be sent on the Next business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next business day.

International shipping

	Canada We offer shipping option to most Canadian address. Shipping rates include all duties, taxes, brokerage fees. All prices are in US dollars.
	Outside of the US and Canada We ship to a large number of countries worldwide. Shipping rates include all duties, taxes, brokerage fees. All prices are in US dollars. Currently, we only accept credit card payments online from selected countries. PayPal is accepted for all other locations.

Using Package forwarders

We understand than many people outside the US will use a package forwarder to get their items abroad. Please be aware that EOS cannot be held liable for damage that may occur after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return the item back to us within 30 days. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.

To return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
